It is inevitable to face challenges when navigating the altitudes of the corporate world.
In Grant’s Emerging Leadership programme, I became more aware of the way I'd been leading - quietly, carefully, leaning on competence, something I could look at honestly and change.
The programme works with the inner game of leadership, and it goes deep - through the Enneagram, my own Leadership Origin story, and My World View to provide a map of where I am in relation to where I could be.
Each one showed me a different layer of how I lead and where I had the most room to grow. The frameworks were brought to life with Grant, years of experience showed his ability to read a situation with clarity, calling out subtle shifts and the things going unsaid. In the moments that mattered most, he could hold steady and help me move into greater awareness and more choice.
Grant came alongside me through one of the toughest chapters of my career, and the gift of his presence through it is something I'll always be grateful for. He is more than a coach, someone steadfast in my corner, honest with me about what I was actually ready for, generous with everything he knows, and always pointing me back toward action rather than letting it stay in my head.
