Every Team is a living Third Entity shaped by relationships, roles, different voices and unspoken dynamics. Through deep ORSC dialogue and diagnostics like MetaTeams and The Collective Leadership Assessment, we design Team Alliances that bring the Tean into right relationship.
Together we listen for primary and secondary signals, explore growth edges, and surface both the high and low dreams that reveal what’s trying to emerge beyond the known reality.

Through whole-system practices such as ORSC Systems Coaching, and Theory U, supported by Barrett Values culture diagnostics, we illuminate what’s ready to evolve.
Using the stance, principles, and practices of Systemic Constellations, we move through movement, gesture, and embodied insight toward what is emerging.

Coaching Individuals & Pairs
Purpose
A structured coaching partnership for senior, emerging and team leaders. Delivered one-on-one or in pairs, virtually or face-to-face. The work supports leaders to expand awareness, strengthen presence, and align inner clarity with outward action.
Approach
Each engagement begins with a discovery conversation to clarify focus areas, aspirations, the leaders context and current world view. Together, we design a coaching alliance setting intentions, routines, and ways of working that create safety, awareness, forward movement and accountability.
Process
Coaching sessions are held every 2–3 weeks, typically over a 6–12 month period, creating rhythm, reflection, and space for integration. Between sessions, clients engage in private reflection and micro-practices that we co-design for real-life situations, translating on-going learning directly into leadership moments. and longer term devlopment.
Impact
The work deepens self-awareness, strengthens relational and emotional agility, so leaders develop “vertically”, moving from insight to purposeful, sustained action in their leadership and in their life.
Systemic Constellations
Purpose
Constellations and systemic practices reveal the hidden dynamics shaping relationships, teams, and organisations, restoring coherence, connection, and flow across systems. This work supports leaders in developing system-inspired leadership, where insight moves beyond analysis to embodied knowing.
Approach
We work with stance, principles, and practices. The stance recognises rules, loyalties, and the space beyond right and wrong. The principles of time, place, and exchange bring order and belonging. The practices of mapping what is, movement toward a better place, and systemic sentences reveal truths and release energy held by secrets or exclusions.
Process
Sessions weave field mapping, embodied movement, and sentence dialogue, opening uop all new perspectives allowing insight to emerge from the system’s wider intelligence.
Impact
The work returns dignity, clarity, and flow to individuals, and coherence to the teams and organisations they create and inhabit — restoring right relationship between head, heart, and body, and moving from drama to empowerment.
Facilitating Teams & Groups
Purpose
Facilitated sessions designed to strengthen trust, alignment, and accountability. Supporting Teams moving from transactional collaboration to collective leadership, and Groups moving from coordination to shared alignment.
Approach
Grounded in a Relationship Systems perspective, the Team or Group is the client, a living system with its own identity, voice, and dynamics. My role is to help the system see and sense itself: surfacing patterns, revealing what’s unspoken, and creating the conditions where every voice can be heard, trust builds, and alignment emerges.
Process
Each session is co-designed with the leader as the Team evolves, rather than following a prescribed structure or fixed content. The work typically unfolds over 6–12 months, through a series of half-day and full-day gatherings, often held off-site, following the natural life arc of a team, from forming and storming, to norming, performing, and ultimately mourning as the cycle completes.
Impact
The result is stronger connection, deeper trust, and shared accountability, where conflict becomes a source of creativity, and alignment flows naturally in service of the organisation the Team or Group serve.
Leadership Talks & Retreats
Purpose
Leadership Talks and Retreats create spaces for reflection, renewal, and reconnection, where leaders pause the noise of daily demands to reconnect with what truly matters. This work invites deeper self and collective dialogue, belonging, respect and safety within leadership teams and communities.
Approach
Each talk or retreat is bespoke, designed around the unique needs and context of the group. Whether an away-day, leadership forum, or immersive. The work blends different experiential approaches to engage and align in coherence our three centres of intelligence, of the head, heart, and body, expanding awareness and collective presence.
Process
I co-design each experience with the sponsoring leader. Formats range from short keynote-style sessions to multi-day offsite gatherings, including programs like Leaders by the Sea™.
Impact
Talks ignite a sense of aliveness, connection, and courage that inspires action and renewal. On retreats, personal mastery is explored within the safety of a collective, transformationally impacting how leaders show up and lead.
